INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
- 🦪 6 scallops (180g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g), diced
- 🥬 1 celery stalk (100g), thinly sliced
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Dice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm cubes. Remove the strings from the celery and slice thinly.
Cut the boiled octopus diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Halve the scallops.
Mix the seasonings (olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) in a bowl. Add the octopus, scallops, yellow bell pepper, and celery. Toss to combine. Plate and garnish with parsley.
