INGREDIENTS

- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 small potato (120g), peeled and cut
- 🍄 6 mushrooms, halved
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- Enough olive oil to cover ingredients

STEPS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and drain. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600W, then drain thoroughly. Halve the mushrooms and mince the garlic.
Slice the boiled octopus diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Heat garlic, chili, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add mushrooms and potatoes, simmer for 2 minutes. Add octopus and stir until heated through.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
