    • 🐙 120g boiled octopus
    • 🥬 1 stalk celery (100g)
    • 🧅 1/4 red onion
    • 4 pitted black olives
  • Dressing

    • 🍯 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    • 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Garnish

    • 🌿 Chopped Italian parsley, a pinch

STEPS

Separate celery leaves and stalks. Remove strings from the stalk and slice diagonally. Chop 1/3 of the leaves into 1cm pieces. Slice red onion thinly and soak in water, then drain. Cut black olives in half.

Slice boiled octopus diagonally by tilting the knife and pulling it towards you.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add all prepared ingredients and mix well. Plate the salad and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
