- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥦 60g broccoli florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add octopus and broccoli, and simmer briefly over medium heat.
