INGREDIENTS
Main
- 30g oatmeal
- 15g dried shrimp
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 50cc water
Topping
- 1g dried shrimp
STEPS
Tear 15g of dried shrimp into small pieces by hand.
In a bowl, mix oatmeal, torn dried shrimp, and water. Let it soak for about 5 minutes.
Add salt and soy sauce to the mixture and stir until it becomes sticky (forming the batter).
Spread 1/6 of the batter thinly into a 6–7cm diameter circle on a heatproof plate lined with parchment paper. Add topping dried shrimp.
Microwave uncovered at 600W for 2 minutes. Flip the cracker and microwave again for 1 minute. Remove and let cool.
