STEPS

Cut the pork belly and squid into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing sugar, red pepper powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, gochujang, plum extract, black pepper, and sesame oil.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and stir-fry green onion until fragrant.

Add pork belly to the pan and stir-fry until the surface is cooked.
