INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 red chili
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp perilla powder
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- đź§„ 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Clean the oyster mushrooms, remove excess water, trim the base, and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan, add the oyster mushrooms, cover the pan, and cook on low heat until the mushrooms soften.
While the mushrooms cook, chop the green onion and red chili into small pieces.
Once the mushrooms have softened, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, minced garlic, green onion, and red chili. Stir well to combine.
Add 1 tbsp perilla powder and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
