INGREDIENTS
Granola Base
- 350g unsweetened muesli
- 🌰 100g chopped almonds
- 🌰 100g chopped walnuts
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 100g mixed dried fruits
Seasoning
- 🧈 1 tsp softened butter
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
STEPS
Chop almonds and walnuts into smaller pieces. Toast all nuts and seeds in a dry pan until fragrant, then let them cool.
Mix the toasted nuts, seeds, and dried fruits with the seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread softened butter over it. Spread the mixture evenly to about 1.5 cm thickness and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 12-15 minutes. Adjust to 180°C (356°F) if needed based on your oven's performance.
Let the granola bar cool completely before cutting into desired sizes.
