    • 3 tbsp mirin

Add dashi powder and water to a pot over medium heat. Once simmering, tear the nori into small pieces and add to the pot. Reduce to low heat and let it soften.

Add sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce to the pot. Mix well and simmer until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.
