INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Nori, as needed
Sauce
- 60g mentaiko
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Julienne the cucumber, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 3 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (mentaiko, butter, milk, soy sauce) with the prepared cucumber.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and toss to combine. Serve on a plate and top with nori.
