- ½ cup canola oil
- 🍯 ½ cup honey
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 🧂 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 🍫 1 ¼ cups semisweet chocolate chips
STEPS
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, stir together canola oil, honey, brown sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract, and water until well combined.
Sift together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the mixture is combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop cookies by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
Flatten each cookie with a fork dipped in flour.
Bake for 8–9 minutes until edges are slightly golden.
