- 7g baking powder
- 🍬 30g sugar

STEPS
Sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl. Add heavy cream and mix using a scraper in a cutting motion.
Transfer the dough to a work surface, add raisins or cranberries, and gently fold them in. Sprinkle flour as needed and press the dough flat. Fold and press the dough 3-4 times.
Roll the dough to a thickness of about 2cm and cut into shapes using a cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 15 minutes.
