  • Egg

    • 120g cream corn (1/2 can)
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 💧 300ml water
  • Thickener

    • 1 tsp potato starch
    • 💧 2 tsp water

STEPS

Cut nira into bite-sized pieces. Crack and beat the egg in a bowl.

Add the soup base ingredients (☆) to a pot and heat over medium. Once boiling, add the nira and cook until softened. Add the potato starch mixture (★) to thicken.

Pour the beaten egg into the pot, add sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
