INGREDIENTS

- 2 king oyster mushrooms

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

STEPS
Sprinkle salmon fillets with sake, salt, and pepper, then let sit for 5 minutes.
Chop nira finely and slice king oyster mushrooms thinly at an angle.
