INGREDIENTS

- 1 bunch of nira
Seafood
- 3 tbsp sakura shrimp
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- đź’§ 150 ml water
STEPS
Cut the nira into 5 cm pieces. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Boil water in a pot, add the nira, and blanch briefly. Cool under running water and drain thoroughly.
Combine the seasoning mixture, nira, and sakura shrimp in a bowl and mix well.
