- 1/3 bunch nira (garlic chives)
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seafood
- 1 tbsp sakura shrimp
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§„ A pinch grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the nira (garlic chives) into bite-sized pieces. Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Add the nira to the container, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, sesame oil, grated garlic, and sesame seeds). Add the microwaved bean sprouts, nira, and sakura shrimp, and mix well.
