INGREDIENTS

- 1 bunch nira (garlic chives)
Seafood
- 1 piece hanpen (fish cake)
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🟤 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the nira into 4 cm lengths and the hanpen into bite-sized pieces.
Place the nira in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool under running water and drain well.
In a bowl, combine the nira, hanpen, and the ☆ ingredients (sugar, vinegar, miso). Mix well.
