Nira and Bacon Salad

  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 bunch of nira
    • 1/2 pack of maitake mushrooms
  • Meat

    • 4 slices of bacon
  • Condiments

    • 1 tsp of olive oil
    • 🍋 1 tbsp of lemon juice
    • đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper

STEPS

Cut the bacon into 1cm strips. Slice the nira into bite-sized pieces. Remove the base of the maitake mushrooms and separate them by hand.

Boil water in a pot and cook the nira and maitake mushrooms for 1 minute. Drain well.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the bacon until crispy.

In a bowl, mix the nira, maitake mushrooms, bacon, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
