INGREDIENTS
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg whites
Vegetable
- 🥔 1 new potato (150g)
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Broth
- đź’§ 300cc water
- 1/2 tsp beef broth powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Wash the new potato thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces without peeling.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes and drain.
In a pot, combine water, beef broth powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add the potato pieces to the pot and simmer for 5–7 minutes until tender.
Add the rehydrated wakame and egg whites to the pot. Stir gently and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy.
