INGREDIENTS
Main
- 20g short-type glass noodles
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
STEPS
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Add all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add dried wakame and glass noodles to the boiling broth. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the sliced green onion and simmer for an additional 1 minute.
