INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving of cooked udon noodles
Protein
- 1 pack of natto with sauce (54g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Topping
- 🐟 2g bonito flakes
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion. Halve the green bell pepper, remove seeds, and slice thinly. In a bowl, mix natto with its included sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the udon noodles and mentsuyu to the pan. Stir-fry to combine, then add the natto and stir briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with bonito flakes.
