Place silicone cups on a microwave-safe plate. Divide the natto mixture into portions and spread each evenly in the cups. Cover each portion with the cheese mixture. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes without covering. Repeat the process to make 8 crackers in total.

Let the crackers cool to room temperature and sprinkle dried green seaweed on top as desired.
