INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
- 2 packs of natto
- 🥑 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Remove the pit and skin from the avocado and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the mentsuyu and sesame oil. Add the natto and stir. Gently fold in the avocado.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the natto-avocado mixture, place an onsen egg on top, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
