INGREDIENTS
Base Ingredients

- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs

- 🍤 10 cocktail shrimp
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tsp ground pepper

STEPS
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add cocktail shrimp to the pan and stir-fry together.
Prepare the Nasi Goreng sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, ground pepper, and sugar.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry with the ingredients.
Add cooked rice and chopped bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry together.
Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan and prepare scrambled eggs on the other side.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice mixture and stir-fry briefly. Serve hot.
