INGREDIENTS

- 🍊 1 cup orange juice
- 🍁 ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup molasses
- 🧂 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
- 🧈 2 teaspoons butter
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
STEPS
In a pan over medium heat, stir together the orange juice, maple syrup, molasses, brown sugar, butter, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
Reduce the heat to low, add the cranberries, and cook until they start to pop, approximately 10 minutes.
Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil, then cook and stir until it reduces to about 1 3/4 cups, approximately 10 minutes.
Cool the sauce, then cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
