  • Pasta

    • 🍝 200g spaghetti
  • Seafood

    • 3 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
  • Vegetables

    • 150g nanohana (rapeseed greens)
    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Oil

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp yuzu kosho
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Trim the root ends of nanohana and cut them in half. Mince the garlic after removing its core.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Add nanohana to the pot during the last minute of cooking. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.

Add nanohana and spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the seasonings and stir-fry until well combined.

Plate the pasta and top with shirasu.
