INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 140g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 100g fresh okara
- 150g nanohana
Seasoning
- 50g shirasu
- đź§‚ to taste salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut nanohana in half lengthwise and slice the stems vertically into halves.
Place fresh okara in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 1 minute.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (1% of water volume), and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Add nanohana 1 minute 30 seconds before the spaghetti finishes cooking. Drain both together.
Combine the cooked okara, spaghetti, nanohana, and all seasoning ingredients (shirasu, salt, pepper, olive oil) in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
