INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 1 pack (100g) salad chicken
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch (100g) nanohana
Nuts
- 🌰 10g roasted walnuts
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Shred the salad chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the nanohana into bite-sized lengths. For thicker stems, slice them vertically in half. Place the nanohana and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the grain mustard and soy sauce. Add the salad chicken, nanohana, and crushed walnuts. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
