INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seafood
- 🦐 2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nanohana (100g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the nanohana into 2cm pieces, mince the onion, and finely chop the garlic after removing its core.
Mix the cooked rice with the beaten eggs in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, sauté garlic, onion, and nanohana for about 2 minutes until softened. Add the rice mixture and dried sakura shrimp, stir-fry for another 2 minutes, then season with salt and soy sauce.
