INGREDIENTS

  • Main Ingredients

    • 🐄 150g thinly sliced beef
    • 1 bunch nanohana (rapeseed blossoms)
    • 1 tsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
    • 🧂 a pinch of salt
    • 💧 1 tbsp water
  • Dressing

    • 🍋 juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp whole grain mustard
    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • a pinch of pepper

STEPS

Cut the nanohana into 5cm pieces and boil for 1.5 minutes. Submerge in cold water to crisp.

Squeeze out excess water, mix with mentsuyu and water for seasoning, then squeeze again.

Lightly boil the thinly sliced beef, cool it in water, and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Mix the dressing ingredients (lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, salad oil, and pepper) and pour over the beef and nanohana.
