INGREDIENTS

- 3 cups tomato juice
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 large tomato, chopped
- ½ cup chopped cucumber

- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
Seasonings & Sauces
- ÂĽ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco) (Optional)
STEPS
Simmer tomato juice in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring in bouillon cubes until dissolved.
Remove from heat and add chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, celery, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
Cover the soup and chill it in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours before serving.
