    • 100g nameko mushrooms
    • 200g enoki mushrooms
  • Liquids

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • đź’§ 2 tbsp water
  • Seasonings

    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain them. Trim the enoki mushrooms and separate them.

Place nameko, enoki, sake, and water in a frying pan. Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the seasonings (sugar, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the mixture thickens.
