INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g nametake mushrooms
- 1 slice ginger
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Protein
- 10g fried tofu
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- đź’§ 400ml water
STEPS
Rinse the nametake mushrooms briefly in water. Slice the ginger thinly. Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and cut into thin strips.
In a pot, bring the dashi powder and water to a boil. Add the ginger, nametake mushrooms, and fried tofu, and simmer for about 1 minute.
Dissolve the miso into the soup and warm it up without boiling.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
