INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack (100g) nametake mushrooms
- 4 wonton wrappers
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 400 ml water
STEPS
Wash the nametake mushrooms and drain them.
Cut the wonton wrappers into quarters.
In a pot, combine all the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the nametake mushrooms, wonton wrappers, and wakame. Simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until the wonton wrappers are cooked. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
