    • 1 pack nameko mushrooms
    • 100g yam
    • 2 shiso leaves
  • Condiments

    • 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Boil water in a pot and cook nameko mushrooms for 2 minutes. Drain the water. Place yam in a plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin until bite-sized.

Remove the pit from the umeboshi and chop it finely with a knife. Mince the shiso leaves.

In a bowl, combine nameko mushrooms, yam, umeboshi, shiso leaves, soy sauce, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds. Mix well.
