    • 1 frozen udon noodle pack
    • 100g nameko mushrooms
    • 1 tbsp dried wakame
    • đź§… 15g green onion, sliced
  • Broth

    • 50cc concentrated soy sauce (3x)
    • đź’§ 300cc water

Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain. Slice the green onion. Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain.

Place the frozen udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions.

In a pot, combine the soy sauce and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add the nameko mushrooms and simmer briefly.

Serve the udon noodles in a bowl, pour the broth over them, and top with wakame and green onion.
