    • 100g of nameko mushrooms

    • 1 pack of kaiware sprouts
  • Seasoning

    • 2g of bonito flakes
    • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/4 tsp chili powder

Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain them. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

Thinly slice the fresh onion. Trim the roots of the kaiware sprouts and cut them in half. Mix them in a bowl and transfer to a serving plate.

In a bowl, mix the microwaved nameko mushrooms with the seasoning ingredients (ponzu sauce, sesame oil, chili powder). Pour over the onion and sprouts mixture. Sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
