INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 100g nameko mushrooms
- 20g vermicelli noodles
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
STEPS
Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain. Cut the vermicelli noodles into bite-sized lengths using kitchen scissors.
Add all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the nameko mushrooms and vermicelli noodles, mix, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until the noodles soften.
Add the dried wakame and mix. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then pour in the beaten egg. Once the egg is set, turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the soup.
