INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetable

    • 250g nagaimo, cut into 1cm slices
  • Seaweed

    • 5cm dried kombu, thinly sliced
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tsp wasabi
    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • đź’§ 100ml water
    • 1/2 tsp sliced chili

STEPS

Cut nagaimo into 1cm slices after halving it lengthwise. Thinly slice kombu using kitchen scissors.

In a storage bag, mix kombu and all seasoning ingredients. Add nagaimo slices and mix well.

Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight.
