INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 150g silken tofu
- 150g grated nagaimo
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- sufficient amount of pizza cheese
- 2g shredded nori
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentuyu (3x)
- đź§‚ pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Grate the nagaimo. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the grated nagaimo, beaten egg, and seasonings until fluffy. Add the shimeji mushrooms and gently mix.
Layer half of the tofu in a gratin dish, pour half of the nagaimo mixture over it, and top with pizza cheese. Repeat to make two dishes. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded nori on top before serving.
