    • 120g nagaimo, peeled and lightly smashed
    • 1 pack nameko mushrooms
    • đź§… 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 400ml water
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 2 tbsp miso paste

STEPS

Peel the nagaimo and lightly smash it in a plastic bag. Finely chop the green onion.

Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain them well.

Heat water and dashi powder in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add the nagaimo and nameko mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso paste into the soup. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
