INGREDIENTS
Tofu
- 🧈 80g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 1 myoga (Japanese ginger)
Seasonings

- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water
