INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack mushrooms
- đź§… 1/2 green onion
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash the mushrooms under running water and remove excess moisture.
Tear the mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry together.
When the mushrooms start to soften, add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and continue stir-frying over medium heat.
Cook until the mushrooms absorb the sauce and the liquid reduces.
Sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds on top before serving.
