    • 400g ground mixed meat
  • Vegetables

    • 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
    • 6 brown mushrooms
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Meat Mixture Seasoning

    • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 🥛 5 tbsp milk
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • a pinch of pepper
  • Simmering Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
    • đź’§ 150cc water

STEPS

Finely chop the onion and clean the mushrooms. Separate the shimeji mushrooms into smaller pieces.

In a bowl, mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the patties on both sides until browned.

Remove the patties and sauté the onion and mushrooms in the same pan until softened.

Add sake, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and water to the pan. Stir to combine.

Return the patties to the pan, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until fully cooked.

Serve the patties with the sauce and mushrooms on top.
