    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
    • A bit of black pepper
    • A bit of sesame oil
    • A bit of sesame seeds

STEPS

Prepare the ingredients: slice onion and bacon, and clean oyster mushrooms.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and bacon, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add sliced onion to the pan and continue stir-frying.

Add oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked through.

Mix soy sauce, mirin, syrup, black pepper, and green onion, then add to the pan and stir-fry.

Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds, then remove from heat.
