INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍥 Silken tofu 150g
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms 3 pieces (thinly sliced)
- 🍄 Enoki mushrooms 1/3 bunch (cut into 3cm pieces)
- Spinach 1 bunch
Seasoning
- Dashi powder 1 teaspoon
- đź§‚ Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
STEPS

Pour 700ml of water into a pot, add the dashi powder, and heat.

Add shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and spinach, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, add it at the end, and simmer for 1 minute.
