- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

STEPS
Wash 1/4 head of kimchi, tear it into thin strips, and squeeze out excess water.
Mix 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to make the soy sauce dressing.
Boil water with 1 tbsp salt and cook 2 servings of somyeon noodles.
When the noodles start boiling, add 1 cup of cold water and repeat this process 2 more times (total 3 times).
Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water several times until the water runs clear.
Combine the noodles, kimchi, and soy sauce dressing in a bowl and mix well.
