    • 100g mozuku
  • Vegetables

    • 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
    • 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
  • Condiments

    • 1 red shiso pickled plum
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Slice the cucumber thinly and place it in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and lightly massage. Let it sit for 5 minutes until softened, then squeeze out the excess water. Remove the stem from the tomato, cut it into quarters, and then halve each quarter.

Remove the seed from the plum and mash it into a paste using a knife.

In a bowl, mix the mashed plum with sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the mozuku, tomato, and cucumber, then toss everything together.
