Sesame Vinegar Dressing
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger

- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Remove the stem from the tomato and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cucumber thinly, sprinkle with salt, rub gently, and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the sesame vinegar dressing ingredients. Add the mozuku, tomato, and cucumber, and mix well.
