INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g capellini pasta
Seafood
- 20g boiled shirasu
- 70g mozuku in vinegar
Egg
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
Herbs
- 2 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp white dashi
- đź’§ 100ml water
Toppings
- To taste white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut off the stems of shiso leaves using kitchen scissors. Roll them up and slice thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook capellini pasta for 1 minute longer than the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then drain again.
Mix white dashi and water in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
In another bowl, combine the cooked capellini, mozuku, and sesame oil. Mix well and plate the pasta. Pour the sauce over it.
Top the pasta with shiso leaves, shirasu, onsen egg, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
